Free shipping
Free shipping on orders over $75.

Order processing
We pack every order with care, usually within 2-5 business days after you place it. During peak periods (hello, holiday season and camping season), it may take a little longer.

Shipping & delivery
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently ship to United Stades.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow your tee's journey. Hopefully it takes fewer wrong turns than we do.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 15 days or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still doesn't turn up, email us at support@deerailed.co with your order number within 15 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll help you sort it out.
